Proposed programme components

Digital Sierra Leone proposes a university-linked AI and digital-skills academy, an export-oriented digital-services pilot and limited AI-literacy training for public officers, subject to the relevant institutional approvals.

Feasibility before implementation

The proposal sets out a 90-day feasibility and pilot-design exercise to assess commercial demand, skills, infrastructure, implementation costs and financing options. International private financing is envisaged, but funding and government authorisation are not presented as secured.
